Upon enrollment in a 3D modeling course at Colorchildren, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access course materials. Course access is granted for the duration specified at purchase, typically lifetime access unless otherwise stated. You may not share login credentials or distribute course content to third parties.
We reserve the right to modify course content, update materials, and improve curriculum based on industry developments and student feedback. Enrolled students automatically receive access to updated materials at no additional cost.
Students agree to use course materials solely for personal educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any course content without express written permission from Colorchildren.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access or security breaches.
All course materials, including videos, downloadable assets, written content, and supplementary resources, are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Colorchildren and its instructors. Student-created work during courses remains the intellectual property of the student, though we may request permission to feature outstanding work in promotional materials.
Course fees are payable in full at the time of enrollment unless installment options are explicitly offered. All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling. We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods as displayed during checkout.
Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified in our Return Policy. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval.
Colorchildren provides educational services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, employment, or career advancement resulting from course completion. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.
